摘  要:中职硕士属于专业硕士范畴,我国较具权威的专业学位政策尚属暂行并且许多条规还不完善,专业学位政策的合法化程度还有待提高。中职教师在职攻读硕士学位政策作为专业学位政策的下位概念,其内涵与外延还不甚明晰。应尽早明确"中职教师在职攻读硕士学位"的专业学位性质,实现政策制定主体由单一主体向多主体的转化。Secondary vocational education master belong to the category of specialty master, the relatively authoritative specialty degree policy in China only belong to temporary policy and their many regulations aren't perfect. Therefore, the legitimate degree of specialty degree policy should be enhanced. As the hypogynous concept of specialty degree policy, the connotation and extention of the policy of in-service studying for master degree of secondary vocational school teachers aren't very clear now. Thus, China should clarify the nature of specialty degree of in-service studying for master degree of secondary vocational school teachers as soon as possible, and achieve the transformation of single subject to multi-subjects of policy establishment subject.
