摘　　要：笔者从五种SCI农业期刊中随机抽取了32篇论文摘要作为语料，从元功能理论的角度进行了分析和论证。结果表明：表经验意义的及物性系统和蓓态系统的选择是作者为了实现某种交际目的所作的有意义的选择。经验意义的构建与语篇体裁及语篇体裁结构成分有着密不可分的联系。In this paper the author mainly discusses the relationship between genre and experiential organization. Our analysis is carried out from two perspectives： i） experiential organizations typical of the genre; ii） experiential organizations typical of the generic elements. Through the analysis of 32 English abstracts selected randomly from 5 kinds of P SCI agriculture journals, it is found the communicative purposes of genre and its generic elements influence and condition the choice of transitivity.
