摘  要:用高温富集法从太空搭载的茅台酒大曲中筛选到3株在50℃以上可旺盛生长的霉菌,通过归属鉴定,它们分别为Gilmaniella、Gilmaniella和Absidia;最适生长温度分别为50℃、50℃和45℃,最适pH分别为4.0、4.0和4.5,热致死温度分别为70℃、70℃和65℃。Three mold strains, which could grow vigorously at above 50℃, were isolated from Maotai Daqu (which once was carried by spaceship in outer space) by high temperature concentration method. The level of genus of the three strains were certificated as Gilmaniella, Gilmaniella and A bsidia respectively, and the best growth temperature, the optimal pH values and the thermal death temperature for them were at 50 ℃,50 ℃,and 45℃, 4.0, 4.0 and 4.5,and at 70℃ ,70℃2 and 65℃ respectively.
