摘  要:将传统教学与多媒体教学在医学教育中各自的优缺点进行了较为客观的比较分析,指出传统教学的优点主要是经验丰富,富于人性化等;缺点主要是教学模式单一,表达的手段有和一次传达的信息量有限。而多媒体教学的优点与之比较,更加生动、形象、直观,传递的信息量大。缺点则是不如传统教学富于人性化,教学经验少,很多方面有待完善。因而提出在教学实践中应根据医学教育的特点,各取所长,综合运用,以期达到理想的教学效果。This paper analyzes the strong and weak points of the traditional teaching and the multimedia teaching respectively, objectively and comparatively, and points out that the merit of traditional teaching is mainly that the experience is rich and full of human nature, etc. The main shortcomings of traditional teaching are that the educational model is unitary, the expression methods and the information transmitted in each time are limited. But compared with the traditional teaching, the multimedia teaching is much more vivid, direct-viewing with much information transmitted. Its weak points, however, are less human nature like the traditional teaching, and the teaching experience is less and many aspects waiting for consunmmation. Therefore, according to the characters of the medical education in the teaching practice, each of their advantages should be taken in their comprehensive application so as to achieve ideal teaching effects.
