包头市蒙族小学住宿生膳食营养调查

摘　　要：对包头市蒙族小学５８名住宿生膳食营养进行了调查；主食以标粉、糜米为主，人均日摄入热能为１９４７ｋｃａｌ，达国家供给量标准（ＲＤＡ）的８１．１３％。除铁供给充足外，其余各种营养素均未达到国家供给量标准，尤其是ＶＡ、ＶＢ２和钙仅达ＲＤＡ的５．８％、２８．３％和２７．７％。贫血检出率为４１．４％。he results of the nutrition survey of 58 boarders in Mongolian primary school of Bao-tou show that the main food is flour glutinous millet and others.The average caloric intakeof every day is 1947kcal,81.13%of RDA.apart from iron,the rest of nutrients are lowerthan the standards of the State.VA、VB2and calcium are much lower than the standards,ac-couting for 5.8%,28.3%and 27.7%respectively. the rate of anemia is 41.4%.
