摘　　要：教师专业精神是教师专业素质的重要内容,是教师内在素养在教育教学活动中的外化。明晰现代专业精神的基本内容是教师专业发展的前提,确立现代专业精神的理念是教师专业发展的基础,提升专业精神是促进教师专业发展的关键,对教师走向专业化有着重要的理论和实践意义。Professionalism is the important content of specialized quality for a teacher, which is a denotative indication of the teacher＇s intrinsic accomplishment in the educational teaching activities. To make the basic content of modern professionalism clear is the premise of the professional development of a teacher, to establish notions of modern professionalism is the basis of professional development of a teacher and to elevate professionalism is the key in promoting professional development of a teacher and has important significance in theory and practice for a teacher to be professional.
