摘　　要：本文简要介绍了发展性评价的内涵和特点,讨论了师范学院外语专业实施学生学业发展性评价体系的必要性,根据师范学院自身的特点探究了师范学院外语专业实施发展性评价的目标和内容,并从核心内容、评价方式和实现手段三方面详细论述了师范学院外语专业实施发展性评价的操作模式。This paper makes a brief introduction to some main features of development - oriented evaluation system, explores the necessity of implementing development - oriented evaluation for normal university English majors, discusses the goals and contents of such an evaluation system in view of the characteristics of normal universities, and proposes a tentative model of implementing the system from the perspectives of its central task, evaluation method, and means of realization.
