摘　　要：“双师素质”教师队伍建设是评价高职院校人才培养工作水平的一项重要指标。本文阐述了“双师素质”教师的内涵,分析了“双师素质”师资队伍建设存在的问题,并提出了“双师素质”教师队伍建设的途径和对策。The cultivation of qualified teachers with practical ability is an important indicator assessing the talent cultivation at higher vocational college. Its connotation and problems in fostering the qualified teacher team are elaborated, and the approaches and countermeasure are put forward.
