试论素质教育

摘　　要：众所周知,历史发展到今天,竞争已成为时代的特征。科技的竞争,特别是高新科技的竞争,其核心是人才的竞争;而人才的竞争归根到底在于教育,尤其是高等教育。目前,素质教育,已成为各类教育的重要研究课题。笔者对其进行了研究和探讨,并提出了自己的观点。As everyone knows now competition has become the feature of our age. The heart of the competition of science and technology is the competition of talents, and the competition of talents, in the final analysis, is conditioned by education, especially by higher education. So qualities education has become the important task to all kinds of education. The writer studied on it and presented her own point.
