摘　　要：霍姆斯的比较教育研究方法论即问题法闻名于国际比较教育界。文章探讨了霍姆斯对以往比较教育研究方法论的反思、问题法的建构、问题法的研究程序和问题法的资料分类体系。在此基础上,对霍姆斯的问题法进行了评析。Holmes has been famous on his methodology in international comparative education field. This article of comparative education that problem-solving approach probes into the issues as follows：reflection of antecedent methodology of comparative education,construction of problem-solving approach,researching procedure and system of information classification of problem-solving approach. On the base, the author discusses the problem- solving approach.
