摘　　要：对国内外高取代度磷酸酯淀粉的研究最新进展进行了较全面地综述，尤其对工作原理、制备方法及对取代度的影响因素做了详细地阐述，并对其应用进行了展望。The recent progress in studies of highly substituted phosphated starch home and abroad, especially the mechanism, methods and the affect factors of phosphate starch on substituted in detail, was reviewed more comprehensively in this paper. And future prospect of the application of highly subtituted phosphated starch.
