摘　　要：本文从认知理论的视角,探讨了听力理解与母语思维的认知过程。This paper discusses the process of comprehension and its cognitive process of MT thinking model in the teaching of listening from the cognitive perspectives. And the purpose it pursues is to make FLT instructors understand the effective way tb teach listening.
