摘 要:高职教师应具备的素质结构主要为:职业道德、服务企业、指导就业、专业开发、学术研究5个方面。鉴于高职教师独特的素质结构,高职学院职称、评定不应套用普通高校标准,过分强调理论研究,应制定独立的高职教师职称评定政策,重视行动研究。The quality structure of higher vocational education teacher mainly include the following five aspects: professional morality, serving for enterprise, guiding employment, developing specialty and academic study. According to its uniqueness, the post evaluation of higher vocational college should establish independent professional post evaluation policy and attach importance to action-research rather than apply mechanically the standards of general higher education institution and strengthen theoretical study particularly.
