摘　　要：阐述了择业效能感的概念,护理研究生择业效能感研究的重要性,以及择业效能感的研究现状,并提出研究设想。It summarized the concept of career - selection self - efficacy. It introduced the importance of study on career- selection self- efficacy of nursing master postgraduate and research status quo of career - selection self - efficacy. And it put forward some presumption on research of career - selection self - efficacy.
