摘 要:经过长期的交通基础设施建设和机动化发展,北京市道路网络已经形成并且道路网络系统的供给能力和服务需求日渐趋近,路网供需之间的平衡变得脆弱,路网的交通拥堵更加容易发生,而且偶然事件对整体网络的破坏性影响越来越大.路网可靠性评价是评估道路网络状态,相对传统评价指标,它能够更加灵敏地反映路网的真实状态,尤其是路网状态的变化.出租车是北京交通系统中主要的一种出行方式,其运行状态对北京市道路网络整体的状态具有代表性.以出租车车载智能卡采集的载客行程时间数据为基础,研究提出新的单位距离行程时间可靠性评价指标和方法,并使用该指标和方法对北京市路网进行实例评价.With the booming of urbanization and motorization, the road network in Beijing has been formed and the transportation system is becoming more unreliable due to the more furious conflict of supply and demand. On the other hand, transportation network reliability evaluation is developing in the world as a new technology which is used to evaluate the transportation network, especially stability. As a developing city, Taxi is a major and universal mode of traveling in Beijing. The smart card which is installed in a taxi can record the traveling time and distance per trip by taxi. With the recorded data of a smart card, the rate travel time per trip can be calculated and the regulation of the rate travel time by taxi can be found from the cumulated taxi datum. In this paper, three new reliability indices and methodologies about rate travel time have been provided and Beijing transportation network has been analyzed by using these indices and the taxi trip datum.
