摘  要:基础教育的发展对教师队伍不断提出新要求,如何使现有的教师队伍尽快适应教育发展需求,如何实现教师继续教育工作的实效性、实践性、高效性,成为教育行政管理机构、教师教育机构、中小学校的共同目标。挑战与机遇并存,我们应探索新的教师继续教育管理策略,使中小学教师的继续教育成效得以提高。The development of basic education constantly poses new requirements for teachers. How to adapt the present teaching staff to the development of education in a short period time and how to achieve the effectiveness, efficiency and practicability of the extended education of the teaching staff become a common goal of the education administrations, teachers' education institutes and elementary and secondary schools. Owing to the juxtaposition of challenges and opportunities, new administrative strategies of teachers' extended education should be explored, and the working performance in this respect can thus be improved.
