摘 要:工学结合的开展不可忽视其中的权利安排。如果课堂与工作现场原本为同一权利主体所支配,教学组织过程中需要解决的只是内部的有效协调问题;而若涉及的教学场所分属不同的主体,为了克服校企自发合作的障碍,一般需要相关的制度以及从事沟通和协调的组织。现阶段,具有"中国特色"的工学结合在具体形式上将呈现出多样性的特点,或者形成校企合一的办学实体,或者通过市场的方式进行校企合作。The development of combination of working with learning can't neglect the right arrangement. If classroom and workplace originally manipulated by one same right subject, the process of teaching organization only need to resolve the problem of effective inside harmonization; if the involved teaching place belong to different subjects respectively, in order to overcome the obstacles of spontaneous combination of school with enterprise, relative system and institutions for communicating and harmonizing are needed. Nowadays, the combination of working with learning of China characteristics will embody various charac- teristics in material mode, or form the school-running entity of integration of school with enterprise, or carry out the combination of school with enterprise through marketization.
