摘  要:目的:编制出护理临床学习环境评价量表,为提高护理实习效果提供一定依据。方法:通过文献回顾及学生专题小组访谈的方式,以调查问卷的形式对量表的信度实施测量。信度检验采用同质信度和重测信度作为评价指标。结果:量表的同质信度和重测信度的值均大于0.7(P<0.0l)。结论:此量表具有较好的信度,对评价及改善我校护理临床学习环境,提高护理实习效果具有一定的应用价值。Objective:To draw up a scale of clinical learning environment for nursing to elevate nursing practicing. Methods:Based on the knowledge and studies of the clinical learning environment and focus group discussion with students ,reliability of the scale was measured by questionnaire, using reliability and test-retest correlation to evaluate the reliability of the scale. Result: Both the reliability and the test-retest correlation coefficient were more than 0.7(P〈0.01 ).Conclusion:It suggested that the scale of the clinical learning environment for nursing had a good reliability and was an appropriate role to improve nursing clinical learning environment and elevate nursing practicing.
