护理临床学习环境评价量表与其信度检验

摘　　要：目的:编制出护理临床学习环境评价量表,为提高护理实习效果提供一定依据。方法:通过文献回顾及学生专题小组访谈的方式,以调查问卷的形式对量表的信度实施测量。信度检验采用同质信度和重测信度作为评价指标。结果:量表的同质信度和重测信度的值均大于0.7(P<0.0l)。结论:此量表具有较好的信度,对评价及改善我校护理临床学习环境,提高护理实习效果具有一定的应用价值。Objective：To draw up a scale of clinical learning environment for nursing to elevate nursing practicing. Methods：Based on the knowledge and studies of the clinical learning environment and focus group discussion with students ,reliability of the scale was measured by questionnaire, using reliability and test-retest correlation to evaluate the reliability of the scale. Result： Both the reliability and the test-retest correlation coefficient were more than 0.7（P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion：It suggested that the scale of the clinical learning environment for nursing had a good reliability and was an appropriate role to improve nursing clinical learning environment and elevate nursing practicing.
