摘　　要：本文得到一阶双滞量中立型差分微分方程全时滞稳定的充要条件,这些条件是实用的代数判据。In this paper, the sufficient and necessary conditions for stability of all delays of first order neutral differential difference equations with two delays are obtained. The conditions are brief and practical algebraic criteria.
