摘　　要：本文借鉴已有的研究成果,在对一般制度变迁与创新方式进行分类,对制度变迁方式组合模式与制度变迁任务及目标之间的关系进行分析的基础上,从理论上对民族地区教育行政制度变迁与创新的模式进行探讨。Basing on certain already - made researches, this article classifies the pattern of changes of institution, analyzes the relations between the patterns and the tasks or targets of changes of institution, and then gives a theoretical explaining on the patterns of changes and innovation of educational administration institution in the area of regional national autonomy.
