摘　　要：我国高职院校心理健康教育现状不容乐观,教材建设滞后是教育低效的主要原因。根据高职特点,结合高职生心理健康成长需要和发展规律,课题组研究开发的《心理健康与快乐人生——高职生心理健康教育教材》,在内容设计、编写体例以及教育实践方面进行了有益的探索和实验,获得了较好的实效,为高职院校有效开展心理健康教育提供参考和借鉴。The present situation of the higher vocational colleges to carry out the psychological health education is not optimistic. The main reason of the low effective education is that teaching material lags behind. According to the characteristic of higher vocational colleges, the topic group developed ＂Mental health education and optimistic life the teaching material of psychological health education of students in the higher vocational colleges＂. They made helpful exploration and experiment in content design, compilation style and educational practice and achieved a good result, therefore it could be used as a reference for the higher vocational college to carry on the psychological health education.
