五年制高职德育要素整体优化及实践探索

摘　　要：当前五年制高职院校德育在体系、观念和途径上都存在诸多问题。运用系统论原理,从目标、内容、途径、方法、评价、管理等方面进行整体优化组合研究,可望有效地解决五年制高职院校德育呈现的新问题,建立一个新的德育体系。在整体优化德育结构要素的实践探索中,运用结构分析法,对于确定合理的德育系统结构具有重要的指导意义。Based on the System Principle, this paper makes a tentative study on the integral optimization of moral education elements in quinquennial higher vocational schools at present. A new moral education system is expected to establish by the research on several aspects ranging from objectives, contents, approaches, methods to valuation and management of moral education, which serves as a good orientation for the future moral education system.
