摘　　要：针对高校扩招带来的教学质量下滑的问题,阐述了教学质量的好坏在于教学过程,而教学过程的优化,要通过教员认真备课、做好教学设计才能达到。因此,优化教学过程,是提高教学质量的关键;做好教学设计,是提高教学质量的重要前提;不断进行课堂教学改革,才能推进教学工作一步一个台阶地发展。并以一个教师的角度,对怎样优化教学过程、做好教学设计和加大课堂教学改革等诸多方面进行了探索和实践。Aiming at the problem of teaching quality decline due to college expanded-recruitment, the article points that the quality of teaching lies on teaching process. Only with earnest preparation for lessons and excellent teaching design, the optimization of teaching process can be achieved. Therefore, the optimization of teaching process is the key point, while excellent teaching design is an important precondition to enhance teaching quality. With continuous classroom teaching innovation, teaching process can be developed step by step. In addition, from a teacher＇s point of view, the article also explores and fulfills how to optimize teaching process, teaching design and how to enhance classroom teaching innovation, etc.
