摘 要:城际铁路的客流性质、承担的运输任务以及提供给旅客的服务水平都与铁路既有线有所不同。制定城际铁路旅客列车开行方案,应考虑采用具有规律性强、使用灵活、能力利用率高、方便旅客出行等诸多优点的以周期运行图为特征的运输组织模式。本文研究基于周期运行图的旅客列车开行方案,同时考虑铁路运输企业运营的收益、旅客的总等待时间等具体需求,特别考虑到客流的不确定性,建立了包含3个具体目标的机会约束模型。并以京津城际铁路为背景,利用该模型计算得到列车的开行方案。结果表明,该模型较之单目标模型和确定性模型更能合理反映实际情况。The features of the passenger flow, the transportation tasks and the service level of the inter-city railway all differ from those of the existing railway lines. Due to the differences, the train operation plan should adopt the traffic organization mode characterized by periodic train diagrams, because which has such merits as prominent regularity, good flexibility, high efficiency and convenience for passengers to travel. This paper studies the passenger train operation plans based on periodic train diagrams, and considering the profits of the train transportation enterprises and waiting time of passengers, especially the uncertainty of the passenger flow, establishes the chance-constrained model with three specific objectives. Taking the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway as the background, this chance-constrained model is used to calculate the train operation plan. The calculation demonstrates that, comparing with the single objective model and the determinate model, the multiobjective model reflects facts more reasonably.
