摘 要:信息交流技术(ICT)发展对语言教学产生重大影响,CALL进入综合时代。然而,新技术能否发挥应有作用受制于诸多因素,其中外语教师整合ICT于外语教学素养是关键。本文分析了国内外语教师ICT问题,在引介信息技术与教师教育(ITTE)培训模式基础上探究了欧洲外语教师的经验,提出构建外语教师ICT发展模式的若干设想。The presence and usage of ICT ( Information and Communication Technology) on CALL have brought about great changes to paradigms in language learning and teaching. Foreign language teachers are key to the realization of the promised benefits frequently referred to in the research on the new era of integrated CALL. There is an urgent need for language teachers to be trained effectively in the use of technologies in their teaching. This paper begins with critical analyses of issues involved in FL teacher training program on ICT, then it looks at four worldwide approaches of ICT-pedagogy integration in teacher training, 3 cases from EU are presented and examined, followed by some considerations.
