摘 要:金华火腿的食疗功能已愈来愈多地被人们所认识,它是我国特有的传统腌制精品,始于800多年前,工艺精湛独特,色泽红润似火,其风味迥异,无论是遥远的过去,作为敬献朝廷的贡品,还是今日成为各界人士喜爱的高档美食,始终受到推崇和青睐。它不仅是美味佳肴,而且营养丰富,是滋补良药,火腿开胃滋肾,治虚劳,健肌骨,愈伤损。为保证其质量上乘,必须重视火腿的贮存防腐。The function diet therapy of Jinhua ham was well known to more and more people. Jinhua Ham is China's tuaditional product, began at eight hundred years 'ago, and produced by special methods. With fresh colour, it tasted very delieious, and is most favorited all the time whether as tribute in the past or as popular food today: It's universally accepted as consumers' most welcomed product.
