供电局员工满意度决定因素研究

摘　　要：本文针对目前正处于改革和转型关键期的供电局,通过问卷调查、个人访谈、实地观察等实证研究手段,对供电局的员工满意度进行了深入详实的分析、研究和调查,归纳和提取了员工满意度的八个主要决定因素,分析了这些影响因素的形成机制和原因。本文还特别针对供电企业独有的身份制问题,分析了身份制对员工满意度的影响,总结和提出了提高员工满意度的对策和建议。This paper investigates the power supply bureau in the important period of innovation and transform through means of questionnaire survey, interview and observation. After investigation, it analyzes the effective factors of satisfaction degree of employees, extracts eight determinative factors of employees＇ satisfaction degree, and analyzes the reasons that lead to these factors. It also analyzes the employee＇s different satisfaction degree on the degree differentiation. Finally it proposes the strategies and suggestions to solve these problems.
