摘　　要：本文以分析医学研究生培养现状为起点,剖析了现代医学专业学位硕士研究生培养中存在的问题,指出医学专业学位硕士研究生培养中存在的环境不利、临床实践时间不能保障、多种培养方式参差不齐、与住院医师培训相矛盾、缺乏质量监控体系等问题,并提出了相应的对策。Through analyzing the situation of medical science postgraduate education, the author explores that the environment for the training of postgraduates with clinical degree is unfavorable. The clinical practice time cannot be promised, different education formats are not on the same quality level, it conflicts with medical residence training program, and there＇s no quality controlling system. The author also gives some specific solutions to the problems mentioned above.
