摘　　要：文章通过文献资料法和专家访谈法,阐述了我国基础体育课程改革的现状和农村中小学体育师资队伍建设中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的基础体育改革的措施,以期为我国的基础体育课程改革和体育师资队伍建设提供借鉴。By consulting related documents and interviewing some concerned experts, the article elaborates the present situation of reforms on basic P.E. courses and the main problems of P.E. teachers of primary and middle schools in rural areas in China and the corresponding measures are put forward, which can be used by the reform on basic P.E. courses and building of P.E. teachers for reference.
