摘　　要：地木耳含有丰富的营养成分,可以食用和入药,且资源丰富,近年来倍受国内外学者的广泛关注。本文对地木耳的营养成分、开发利用等最新研究进展进行综述,并指出地木耳研究存在的问题及今后研究的主要方向。Nostoc commune vauch containing a lot of nutritional ingredients is used as food and medicine,and the resourses on Nostoc commune vauch are abundant, so the research of Nostoc commune vauch has been one of the focuses in recent years. The research progress of nutritional ingredients and utilizations from Nostoc commune vauch has been summarized. The problems at present and research directions for the future on Nostoc commune vauch have been put forward.
