摘 要:线控转向系统将电液比例、计算机、自动控制等高新技术充分结合,取消装载机原有转向系统中方向盘与转向轮之间机械(或液压)的联系,使装载机转向系统的转向灵敏度可以根据工况进行调节,为驾驶员提供合适的路感,解决了装载机作业效率与高速行走稳定性之间的矛盾,从而提高作业效率,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,简化装配过程,同时使装载机的遥控驾驶成为可能。介绍了铰接式装载机线控转向系统的基本原理与结构特点,提出了铰接式装载机线控转向系统总体设计方案。从提高系统可靠性出发,给出容错策略和转向控制算法。以国内主流5t装载机为例,对此系统进行了技术经济性分析,安装此系统增加成本占整车成本的百分之五左右,但车辆的安全性、操控性和作业效率均有一定程度的提高,具有较高的技术经济性。Cable-controlled steering system fully combines electro-hydraulic proportion,computer,automatic control and other high-techs together. In this technology,original mechanical (or hydraulic) connection between steering wheel and turning wheels is removed so steering sensitivity of the system can be adjusted according to work conditions,which provides driver proper road feeling and solves the conflict between work efficiency and stability of the loader during high speed travel so that work efficiency is increased,driver's fatigue is reduced,assembly process is simplified and remote control of loader is possible. Basic principle and structural features of cable-controlled steering system on articulate loader are described and its overall design scheme is presented. Error-tolerated strategy and steering control algorithm are applied in order to increase system reliability. Technical economy is analyzed on the system. Taking popular 5t loader as an example,installation of the system will add 12 thousand Yuan cost on its existing market price 250 thousand Yuan,it is about 5% in basic machine cost. But vehicles safety,controllability and work efficiency will be increased in some extent. Higher technical economy is provided.
