富锗酵母生产工艺的优化

摘　　要：以啤酒酵母为生产菌种、麦芽汁玉米浆为培养基,在发酵液中添加GeO2,通过生物富集作用生产富锗酵母。由正交试验得出生产富锗酵母的最佳工艺条件,即在麦芽汁培养基中添加3%玉米浆,100mg/kgGeO2,糖度10°Bx,发酵时间为24h,锗含量达978.4μg/g。Germanium-enriching yeast was obtained through bio-enrichment using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as initial strains, wort-corn paste with GeO2 were used as medium. The optimum conditions for gemanium-enriching yeast production were obtained through orthogonal experiment： 3% corn paste and 100 mg/kg GeO2 were added into wort medium, sugar content was 10°Bx, the content of Ge reached to 9784.μg/g after fermenting for 24 h.
