摘　　要：文[1]中的第一章“多项式”中给出了复数域上的一个重要定理——代数基本定理,但并没有给出定理的证明.我们将运用复变函数和近世代数的方法给出该定理的三种证明,来揭示数学定理证明方法的灵活性.This text aims at the student in study high etc. in（Algebra） （ higher education publishing house, north big 1978 version） basic axioms in algebra in - in - in an an important axioms for polynomial inside for plural area. The book inside just gave the contents of the axioms, proof without axioms. This text application replies to change the function knowledge and modern times algebra knowledge gave three kinds of proofs method t announcing to public the vivid of the mathematics axioms proof method.
