摘　　要：简要介绍功能性低聚糖的生物学意义与应用价值,并对我国功能性低聚糖的发展状况进行了概述。重点对低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚麦芽糖和低聚木糖等几种典型的功能性低聚糖结构及应用进行了分析,并概括介绍了功能性低聚糖在食品、饲料、农药等领域的应用。最后,对我国的低聚糖产业的发展提出了建议。The biological significance and application value of functional oligosaccharide were introduced in brief. The development status of domestic functional oligosaccharide was summarized. This paper was focused on analysis of the structure and application of several typical functional oligosaccharides, such as oligo-isomahose, oligo-fructose, oligo-mahose, oligo-xylose, and so on. And the application of functional oligosaccharide in the fields of food, feed, pesticide were summarized also. Finally, some suggestions were put forward on development of oligosaccharide industry in China.
