摘  要:县级职教中心建设是县域经济发展的需要,也是合理配置农村职业教育资源的需要。湖南省在县级职教中心建设方面,形成了打造多功能为农服务网络平台,加强“六大统筹”和农职教资源管理,健全完善相关机制,确保农职教稳步发展等经验。县级职教中心建设仍有赖于建立高效运行机制,建立健全经费投入和管理的保障机制,立足县域经济形成办学特色,以形成持续发展能力。The Construction of county-level vocational education center is the demand of county economic development and reasonably allocating rural vocational education resources. Hu'nan province has accumulated many experiences in the construction of county-level vocational education center, which are as the follows: formed multi-functional network platform for serving peasants, strengthened planning as a whole in six aspects and the management of rural vocational education, optimized relative mechanism to ensure stable development of rural vocational education. In order to form sustainable development ability, the construction of county-level vocational education center should also depend on building high-efficiency operational mechanism, constructing and optimizing assurance mechanism for capital input and management and shaping school-running characteristics basing itself upon countywide economy.
