摘　　要：干训教师是专门从事学校干部教育的专业人员,肩负着培养高素质干部的重任。在新形势下,为适应工作需要,干训教师应努力提高素质,做一个学习型教师、能力型教师、高效型教师、研究型教师、发展型教师和智慧型教师。Teachers for leader-training are those who engage in school leaders＇ education, take on heavy responsibility of cultivating high quality. In order to meet the need of the work, teachers for leader-training should try their best to develop their quality and to be a learning, capability, efficient, development and wise teachers.
