摘 要:通过酸消解,原子荧光-氢化物发生法测定了广州市部分市售水产品中Se的含量,由标准物质(GBW 08551猪肝)和回收率控制检测质量。结果表明,不同水产品中Se含量有较大差异,含量范围为(34.5~1117.0)×10-9,平均含量为(345.0±149.4)×10-9,不同类型水产品中Se含量变化特征是:甲壳类(544.8±107.8)×10-9>海水鱼类(392.2±86.1)×10-9>软体类(244.9±89.3)×10-9>淡水鱼类(238.7±97.6)×10-9。Selenium content in aquatic production from the Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, was determined after acid digestion by hydride generation atomic fluorescent spectrometry. All aquatic productions were sampled from supermarkets and terminal markets. Accuracy was assured using standard reference material ( GBW08551 ) and recovery experiments. A wide range of selenium content (34.5 - 1117.0) × 10^-9 was found among the various aquatic productions, the mean selenium content in aquatic production was (345.0 - 149.4) × 10^-9. The selenium contents in various aquatic production groups were: Crustacean(544.8 ± 107.8) × 10^-9 〉 Salt-water fish (392.2 ± 86.1 ) × 10^-9 〉 Mollusk fish (244.9 ± 89.3 ) × 10^-9 〉 Fresh-water fish (238.7 ± 97.6) × 10^-9 .
