摘  要:扣件系统必须具备的普遍功能是,弹性的吸收钢轨力并传递其至轨枕,提供防爬阻力去限制无缝线路钢轨的位移和断轨后产生的缝隙;对于地处高寒地区的青藏铁路,扣件系统的防爬阻力性能显得更加重要。测试了低温状态下扣件系统的防爬阻力性能。试验结果表明:与常温对比,温度为-20℃时,扣件阻力降低5%左右,而温度为-40℃时,扣件阻力降低20%左右;在低温时,青藏铁路无缝线路试验段扣件系统提供给钢轨的阻力可保证大于轨枕纵向阻力。The general functions and requirements of the fastenings were as follows: absorbing the rail forces elastically and transfering them to the sleeper. The vertical clamping force of the rail on the sleeper must be sufficient in all load situations, in order to provided the necessary longitudinal resistance to limit the breathing length in CWR rail, to limit gaps in the case of rail fractures, and to resist creep. The necessary longitudinal resistance to resist creep was very important in Qinghai - Tibet railway under frosty conditions with big difference in temperature. The experimentation perfonnance of the longitudinal resistance to resist creep under low temperature. The experimental results show that the longitudinal resistance to resist creep in - 20 ℃ and - 40 ℃ decreased about 5% and 20%, compared with those in natural temperature, respectively. Fastening systems provided the necessary longitudinal resistance to limit the breathing length in CWR rail, and the rail resistance was larger than longitudinal resistance of sleeper.
