摘　　要：应用大学生素质教育的目标来引导学生自主学习与成才,在导学过程中可塑造学习主体,激发学习动机,发挥学生的主观能动性和创造性,培养学生的学习能力、实践创新能力以及职业能力,实现学生的全面发展和素质完善。Target guidance in study is such a guidance that leads the students to study on their own and to become talents with the target of the education for all-round development .In the process, the principal part of studying can be shaped and the motive of study can be inspired. In addition, it can help the students to exert their subjectivity and creativities. It can help students foster their abilities of study,practice,innovation and vocation,too. Thus, the developments of the students to become integrated with their inner qualities will be completed.
