摘　　要：高职院校开展社会培训是应承担的社会责任,也是自身发展的需要。高职院校开展社会培训的主要思路是:加大对社会培训方面的投入,采用灵活开放的教学管理形式,以及按需培训,积极推行订单式与菜单式培训模式。The social training of vocational institutions shoulders the social responsibility; it also meets their own needs in development. The main thought of training is how to intensify the social training; how to adopt a flexible and open form of teaching management; how to train the aduhs according to their needs, and how to actively adopt two types of training , that is the type of order and the type of menu.
