摘　　要：通过开放教育试点项目总体性评估为电大下一步发展奠定了坚实的基础,争取到了更加广阔的发展空间。我们要认真总结开放教育试点的意义,研究电大实践教学的特点,勇敢面对挑战,在开放教育试点项目奠定的基础上,把电大事业推向新的高峰。Through the overall evaluation of the project of the open education pilot scheme, a solid basis has been established for the further development of TV University with a more spacious space for development. We should carefully sum up the meaning of the open education pilot scheme, study the characteristics of the practical teaching, and push the cause of TV university education to a higher stage on the basis of the project.
