摘　　要：本文分析了现代教育技术在当代教育领域中的重要地位,特别是在素质教育中的关键作用以及教育工作者如何从自身做起,更新教育观念,学习、应用现代教育技术,传播素质教育思想,确保教育改革的顺利实施;如何借助现代教育技术构建新型的教学模式,并充分合理地利用技术与资源培养学历高、素质好、能力强、潜力深的新时代人才,让现代教育技术与素质教育协调发展,全面实施以创新精神和实践能力为重点的素质教育。The thesis has analyzed the important position of modem educational techniques in modem educational area, especially it plays a key role in quality education. And educator how to change in themselves,renew received ideas about education, study and apply the modem educational techniques, spread the thought of quality education, and insure the educational reforms proceeding smoothly. How to build a new teaching model with the modem educational techniques ; how to make full use of techniques and resources in training new talented with high academic qualifications, excellent quality, great capabilities and strong potential. Promote coordinated development between modem educational techniques and quality education,carry on the quality education emphasizing creativity and practice.
