摘　　要：能力测评是高职学生学习效果检验的有效方式,在职业指导课程考核改革中建立能力测评体系事关教学绩效的评价及教学质量标准的导向。对职业指导课程考核改革的意义、内容以及如何建立能力测评体系提出了看法。Performance assessment is an effective means of testing vocational students in terms of their academic results. In the reform of career guidance curriculum test in higher vocatinal education, establishing performance assessment system is associated with assess- ment of teaching efficience as well as the orientation of teaching quality standard. In this article, the author proposes some views on the significance and content of career guidance curriculum test reform as well as on how to establish capability assessment system.
