摘  要:目的:功能性食品不仅具有食品的基本属性,还具有调节人体生理活性的功能。低聚果糖作为一种功能性食品就具有这类功能。因此,能够对功能性食品中营养成分的有效测定并以此来合理的搭配饮食变得越来越重要了。本文描述了采用离子色谱法测定功能性食品中的低聚果糖的方法。方法:本文以中性糖类物质在强碱性溶液中发生解离为基础,在阴离子交换柱上进行分离,并与脉冲安培检测器联用,建立了功能性食品中低聚果糖含量的灵敏的自动分析方法。使用单因素优化法对与反应有关的实验参数进行了优化。结果:在最佳实验条件下,方法的线性响应范围为0.05~45μg/ml,两种物质的检出限分别为50、60 ng,对标准溶液进行11次平行测定得本方法的精密度小于3.1%,为了验证该方法的准确度,进行了回收率实验,大豆低聚糖样品中的回收率在95.8%~100.8%范围内。结论:方法灵敏,快速,简单,需要样品量少。Objectlve:Health food, which not only has basic attributes of food but also physiological function on regulation, can meet this demand. How to detect nourishing ingredient effectively and conveniently in health food and arrange reasonable diet accordingly become more and more important. The detection on a kind of health food and froctooligosaccharide by ion chromatography was performed. Methods:This paper was mainly based on ionization of neutral carbohydrate in strong alkali solution, then by anion exchange column connected with pulsed amperometric detector, establishing sensitive method of automatic analysis between the content of health food and froctooligosaccharide extracted from natural plant. All the experimental parameters that affect the reaction were optimized and evaluated. Results: Under optimal experimental condition, this method had linear response range of 0.05~45 μg/ml and detecting limit 50 ng. The relative standard deviation was lower than 3. 1% by eleven parallel testing on standard solution. The recovery test were carried out in order to validate the accuracy of the proposed method. The recoveries of the procedure for soja oligosaccharides and Gongguo sample were in the range of 95.8% ~ 100. 8%. Conclusion:The proposed method is sensitive, simple, rapid and need less amount of samples and reagents.
