2004～2006年兰州市干果和蜜饯中二氧化硫残留量分析

摘　　要：目的:对送检的百合干、杏肉等蜜饯制品进行亚硫酸盐检测,以了解其二氧化硫含量,并提出合理建议。方法:采用GB/T5009.34-2003盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法检测。结果:149份样品中符合国家卫生标准的61份,超标88份。结论:兰州市场销售的干果和杏肉制品中亚硫酸盐的含量超标严重,特别是杏肉制品。Objective：To know content of sulfur dioxide and Confect product of dried lily and apricot meat to give reasonable suggestions. Methods：The samples were tested by means of GB/TS009. 34 -2003 Parafuchsin hydrochloride. Results：Among 149 samples, 61 samples were accord with State sanitary standard, 88 failed to accord with the standard. Conclusion：Content of sulphite in dried fruits and apricot meat are sold in Lanzhou market badly exceed the State standard, especially the products of apricot meat.
