医学远程教育学习资料编写的探索

摘　　要：在职人员通过远程教育的形式进行学习是当今社会中一种重要的学习方式，如何为成人学习者编写适宜的及互动性强的学习资料非常重要。笔者以医学入门课程“医学概述”为例，认为在编写学习资料时应该注重以下几个环节：①内容注重实用性和精练性，可以突破学科的界限。②应用教学设计进行教与学的再度整合，使学习资料具有学习指导的意义。③在内容、语言、版面设计等方面体现友好性和鼓励性，激发和维持学习的兴趣。Distance learning is an important study form for adult with full-time work nowadays. How to produce suitable and interactive learning materials is critical factor for the success. The author use ＇ introduction to medicine＇ as an example to show several key points in the material producing process： ①Condensing the practice-related content in an interdisciplinary context. ②Using instruction designing to integrate teaching and learning.③Making the content, language and layout visually attractive and studentfriendly to keep and motivate student＇s interesting.
