清润茶对小鼠通便作用的研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解清润茶对小鼠的通便作用。[方法]采用小肠推进试验法和湿粪计数试验法。[结果]清润茶0.50和1.00 g/kg.bw剂量对小鼠小肠运动有促进作用(P<0.05);清润茶0.25、0.50和1.00 g/kg.bw 3个剂量均能明显增加粪便粒数、粪便重量,缩短首次排便时间,提高排便频率。[结论]清润茶对小鼠具有通便作用。[Objective]To study the effect of catharsis of Qingrun tea in mice. [Methods]The small intestine moving test and wet feces test were used. [Results]Qingrun tea may increase the movement of the intestine with 0.50 and 1.00 g/kg·bw in mice（ P 〈0. 05）, and increase the numbers and weights of feces, reduce the first defecating time and increase defecating frequency with 0.25,0.50 and 1.00 g/kg· bw. [Conclusion]Qingrun tea had the cathartic effect in mice.
