摘　　要：指出要使农村劳动力转移与经济的可持续发展相适应,政府必须加强规划管理,强化教育和技能培训功能,完善农村劳动力就业市场体系,增强农村剩余劳动力就地转移能力。This paper points out that in order to make the rural labor transfer adapt to the sustainable development of the economy, the government must strengthen the planning and management, strengthen the education and skill training function, perfect the rural lobor employment makert system and strengthen the rural surplus labor transfer ability in situ.
