摘 要:本文应用键合图理论建立了五自由度汽车振动系统模型,以CA1026LF轻型货车为对象,通过仿真计算分析了悬架非线性弹性特性对纵向角振动的影响,提出了控制方案并研制出具有非线性特性的扭杆悬架控制机构。实验结果表明,该机构可明显减小汽车制动工况下的纵向角振动。A five-degree freedom model of motor vehicle vibration system and a set of equations, based on bond graph approach, are set up in this paper. Taking light trucksCA1026LF as example, this paper analyzes the influence of suspension with non-linearspring characteristic upon the pitching vibration. This paper also gives a methed to controlthe pitching vibration and a structure is studied. The experiment results indicated that theseventy of pitching vibration of vehicle with the structure can be reduced under brakingstate.
