摘  要:在近几年的远程教育实践中发现,部分远程学习者自主学习缺位,其主要原因在于传统教育思想的惯性影响,缺乏远程学习应具备的素质和学习习惯,学习环节监管的不力,以及一些学习者存在的混文凭的思想等。应从加强学习方法培训,发掘学习者的内在学习动力,针对实际采取有效对策等方面采取措施,以努力避免自主学习缺位的发生。The absence of independent study in part of the distance learners have fund in the practice of distance education in recent years. It mainly due to the inertial influence of the traditional education thinking, lack of quality and learning habits needed in distance learning, the inefficient education monitoring and management, and the idea that learning only for the sake of di- ploma exists in some learners'mind. We should enhance the training of learning skill, explore the learning motive in learners, take effective countermeasures, in order to prevent the absence of independent study.
